Irridology is the process of observing the characteristic markings within the iris to
detect inherited sensitivities that could affect long term health. The entire body is represented reflexologically
on the iris. To the trained iridologist, the colour, texture and the
various markings suggest areas of underactivity, overactivity, toxicity,
etc. which have been inherited or have been brought on by diet,
lifestyle, stress, etc.

An iridological profile is built up from observation of the characteristic nature of the markings within the irises that highlight the presence of inherited sensitivities.
